Session/Appointment details
Please arrive a few minutes early. Unwind ahead of time so your session is fully effective.
For the enjoyment of all, cell phone use is not permitted.
This is a place of relaxation, so we request that speaking voices remain soothing, so as not to disrupt another session.

Credit cards will be kept on file upon scheduling your appointment.
Emergencies happen. Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis by the owner.
We request a 24 hour cancellation notice, or your card will be charged 50% of the service fee.
Late arrivals will not be prorated, and appointments will only be pushed back if there is an opening to do so.
If short notice cancellation or no shows occur more than three times, payment in full for services will be required at the time of scheduling and no refunds will be provided.

We accept cash, checks, and Visa and Master Card. Returned payments will be charged a fee as incurred by the company. Clients with returned payments must pay in cash.
* A referral discount is honored once the newly referred client has had one paid session. We must be informed of the referral discount upon booking your session.
