Policies
Sessions/Appointments
Please arrive a few minutes early. Take a few minutes to unwind before we start so your session is fully effective.
This is a space for relaxation, so we request that all cell phones and smart watches are turned off and speaking voices remain soothing, so as not to disrupt others.
Children ages 13 and older are welcome to experience group sessions.
Cancellation
We request a 24 hour cancellation notice.
Late arrivals will not be prorated, and appointments will only be pushed back if there is an opening to do so.
If short notice cancellation or no shows occurs, payment in full for services will be required at the time of scheduling and no refunds will be provided.
Emergencies happen. Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis by the owner.
Payment Policies
We accept cash, checks, and credit and debit cards. Returned payments will be charged a fee as incurred by the company. Clients with returned payments must pay in cash, or credit/debit payments must post prior to the service.
* A referral discount is honored once the newly referred client has had one paid session. We must be informed of the referral discount upon booking your session.
