The purpose of Guided Imagery Meditation is to allow your mind to slow down so you can be present in the moment. This promotes mental and physical wellness by promoting relaxation and ultimately reducing stress.

We begin with breath work, relaxing your body by intentionally going through each part of your body and letting go of tension (body scanning). Then we dive into a descriptive journey limited only by the imagination. Affirmations and gratitude may be incorporated. Finally, we close by smoothly bringing you back to your awareness by slowly moving your body and gently noticing your surrounding.

Group Sessions are perfect for a bridal parties or celebrating special events like weddings, birthday parties, retreats, girls night in, and more.

It is very common to want to work on yourself with devoted, one on one attention. Individual sessions can be booked in your home or office.
